refund policy

We attach great importance to customer satisfaction and high quality of service. Below you will find our refund and cancellation policy.

General Regulations

Since our services are personalized, treatments already provided cannot be refunded. However, if there is a problem with your treatment, please contact us immediately so that we can find a solution.

Cancellation & Refund of Appointments

  • Cancellations up to 24 hours before the appointment: No fees, appointment can be rescheduled or refunded free of charge.

  • Failure to appear without cancellation (“No-Show”): 100% of the treatment price will be charged

  • If a refund is necessary due to special circumstances (e.g. illness with proof), please contact us.

Complaints & Improvements

  • If you are not satisfied after a treatment, we offer you the option of a free touch-up within 3 days. A refund is not possible in this case.

  • Requirements for rectification:

  • The defect is due to the application by our studio.

  • You have followed the care instructions and have not carried out any improper self-treatment.

  • The complaint must be made within 3 days after the treatment.

refund of vouchers

  • Vouchers are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be paid out in cash.

  • A voucher can be redeemed for any service offered within the period of validity or transferred to another person.

Reimbursements for technical or operational failures

  • If an appointment has to be cancelled due to unforeseeable operational circumstances (e.g. power failure, illness of our employees), we will offer you a free rescheduling or, if you wish, a full refund.
