General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and business relationships between Gossip Beauty Space (hereinafter "nail studio") and the customer (hereinafter "customer").
Services & Appointments
2.1 All services offered are provided exclusively by prior appointment.
2.2 Appointments can be made online, by phone or in person at the studio.
2.3 The customer undertakes to arrive punctually at the agreed appointment.
Cancellation & Delay
3.1 Cancellation or rescheduling is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
3.2 If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment cannot be guaranteed and you will not be entitled to a rescheduled service or a refund.
Prices & Payment
4.1. All prices for services can be viewed on the website or in the studio and include VAT.
4.2. Payment is made immediately after the treatment in cash, by debit/credit card or by digital payment method (if available).
4.3. Vouchers and discounts are not transferable and must be specified before payment.

5.1 The nail studio is not liable for allergic reactions or intolerances to products used, unless there is gross negligence or intent.
5.2 The customer is obliged to inform us of any known allergies or health problems before treatment.
5.3. If the customer does not carry out the treatment properly, the nail studio assumes no liability for any damage or durability problems to the nails.
Hygiene & Safety
6.1. The nail studio works according to the highest hygiene standards. All tools and work surfaces are thoroughly disinfected after each customer.
6.2. Customers with fungal infections, open wounds or contagious diseases cannot be treated for hygiene reasons.
Complaints & Warranty
7.1 Complaints must be made within 3 days of treatment.
7.2. A free repair will only be carried out if the defect is due to an application error by the studio.
data protection
8.1 All personal data will be treated confidentially in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
8.2. Customer information will only be used for appointment management and customer communication and will not be passed on to third parties.
8.3. Further information on data processing can be found in the privacy policy on the website.
right of withdrawal
9.1. Services provided in the nail salon are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 9 BGB).
9.2. For purchased vouchers, there is a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the voucher has not yet been redeemed.
final provisions
10.1. German law applies.
10.2 Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
10.3. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Berlin, to the extent permitted by law.
